LVA is pleased to confirm that Somerset Council’s Planning Committee (East) has approved it’s outline planning application for up to 47 dwellings on land to the west of Wells, at Gypsy Lane, subject to completion of a Section 106 Agreement.
The site will make an important contribution towards the Council’s existing housing supply shortfall and provide new housing within an attractive multifunctional landscape setting.
