We can confirm that a sale of land at Sub Road, Butleigh to independent house builder Galion has completed.
LVA were successful in obtaining outline planning consent for up to 32 new homes at appeal. The development will provide a policy compliant level of affordable housing and make an important contribution to the area's housing land supply.
