Following pre-application advice and consultation with the local community during the course 2022, LVA has today submitted an outline planning application for up to 62 dwellings on land at Dilton Marsh, Wiltshire.
The site is a logical plot to the north of the High Street, which is largely surrounded by existing development within the village, within close proximity to existing facilities and servives at Dilton Marsh itself aswell as those at neighbouring Westbury. It is considered that the site lies in a suitable and sustainable location for residential development and offers an opportunity for residential development to include a range of house types and tenures to contribute towards local housing needs.
