On behalf of the landowners, an outline planning application has been submitted for up to 120 dwellings on land located on the southern edge of the village of Ipplepen in Devon. The site is allocated for 100 dwellings in the Made Ipplepen Neighbourhood Plan and emerging Teignbridge District Council Local Plan.
It is envisaged that the development will provide 30% on-site affordable housing and 5% self-build / custom home plots in accordance with policy requirements. Alongside a series of public open spaces, green corridors and areas for existing and new habitats, the landscape-led proposals will provide an attractive residential setting in a sustainable village location.
