Sale completed for up to 150 homes in Landkey

LVA is excited to confirm that legal completion has taken place for the sale of 150 new homes in Landkey, North Devon to developer Allison Homes.

Outline planning consent was obtained by LVA and included a wide range of community benefits including 30% affordable homes, five hectares of public open space, allotments, play space, new footpath and cycle connections extending off the Tarka Trail. The development will provide much needed new market and affordable housing for the local area.
