Our outline planning application proposing residential development on land adjacent to Salter Close, Looe has been submitted to Cornwall Council.
The application seeks to provide up to 43 units, a Community Orchard and a large amount of green space and meadow on a site allocated in the Looe Neighbourhood Plan (Made June 2022) for residential use. It is considered that proposals can make an important contribution to local housing need and provide a high-quality development that sits in an attractive landscaped setting.
The application was validated on 9th January 2024 and is currently out for neighbour and statutory consultee consultation.
