A public consultation exercise is currently taking place on proposals for residential and employment development on land to the north of Nailsea, Somerset. The consultation lasts until 19 April 2023 and invites the local community to comment on the emerging plans for the site. Further information can be found here.
LVA consider that the site provides an excellent opportunity to deliver much needed homes for people and families that need them, close to the town centre in a highly sustainable location, it will also deliver employment land and new jobs.
