UP TO 260 DWELLINGS APPROVED AT CRANBROOK

Earlier this week, East Devon’s Planning Committee approved LVA’s outline planning application for up to 260 dwellings on land at Farlands, Cranbrook, Devon subject to completion of a Section 106 Agreement. Proposals also include the provision of commercial/retail uses and public open space including youth sports pitches.

The site forms part of the identified expansion area for Cranbrook within the adopted Cranbrook DPD.
