LVA is delighted to confirm that South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee voted to approve (subject to a S106 Agreement) its outline planning application for up to 9 self-build dwellings on Land to the east of Ermine Street, Caxton.
In considering the application on 20 September 2023, Members agreed with the Case Officer’s recommendation to grant permission on the basis the site represents a sustainable location for small-scale housing growth that can positively contribute towards the identified demand for self-build plots in the local authority area.
