Public Consultation for Emerging Proposals at Highley, Shrophire

LVA has today launched a public consultation on emerging proposals for residential-led development on land at Netherton Lane, Highley, Shropshire.

The proposals seek to deliver up to 350 dwellings on the site together with landscaping, green infrastructure, public open space and areas of play with the aim of creating a cohesive and sustainable extension to the built-up area of Highley.

The public consultation will run from until 9^th September 2026, providing local residents, the Parish Council and other interested parties with an opportunity to review the proposals and provide feedback.
