LVA is pleased to report that developer Edenstone Homes have received approval of their reserved matters planning application for the erection of 45 dwellings, a car park, public open space and other associated infrastructure on land south of New Road, West Huntpsill at Somerset Council's Planning Committee North meeting on 11 June 2024. The granting of the application deals with the remaining reserved matters of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following an outline consent established by LVA in June 2023.
Edenstone Homes are a high quality house-builder of residential developments and new communities across the South West of England and Wales. LVA looks forward to following progress of the development which will deliver much needed market and affordable housing (18 homes) in this sustainable village location.
