LVA can announce it has exchanged contracts for a sale of land at Dilton Marsh, Wiltshire to high-quality housebuilder Redcliffe Homes.
The site, located to the north of High Street, Dilton Marsh benefits from an outline planning consent for up to 54 dwellings (including 30% on-site affordable provision) which was obtained at appeal earlier in 2025. Additional parameters secured through the permission comprise a large provision of public open space alongside ecological enhancement areas.
The development will make a valuable contribution to housing land supply in the local area, and we look forward to following the detailed design stage and subsequent build-out.
