Subsequent to North Devon District Council granting outline planning permission for 150 units off of Birch Road, Landkey, a sale of the site to a developer has been agreed. As part of LVA’s planning permission, a wide range of community benefits will be delivered including forty-five affordable homes, five hectares of public open space, allotments, play space, new footpath and cycle connections extending off the Tarka Trail.
