We can confirm that a sale of land at Gypsy Lane, Wells to independent house builder Acorn Property Group has completed.
LVA were successful in obtaining outline planning consent for up to 47 new homes on the site in November 2025. The development will provide 40% affordable housing and make an important contribution to the area's housing land supply.
Acorn anticipates starting construction on the site in the summer subject to detailed Reserved Matters approval.
