Somerset Council have today launched a rolling Call for Sites exercise inviting landowners, developers, and site promoters to submit land they want to develop to the Council. This process is crucial for gathering information to help create the new Somerset Local Plan.
In due course, the Council will assess each submitted site’s suitability, availability, and achievability. This assessment will form part of the future evidence base behind which sites might be considered for allocation in future consultations for the new Local Plan.
