Up to 41 dwellings proposed at Hatherleigh, Devon

LVA can confirm submission of an outline planning application for up to 41 dwellings on land south of the A3072, Hatherleigh.

The site forms part of an allocation in the adopted Plymouth and South West Devon Joint Local Plan for a mixed-use development to provide 50 homes and 8,000 sqm of employment floorspace.

The proposals seek to provide a sensitively designed high-quality residential development in a sustainable location, alongside the provision of open space, drainage features, and an area of play.
