LVA can announce it has exchanged contracts for a sale of land at Urchfont, Wiltshire to a locally based high-quality developer.
The site, located to the south of the B3098, benefits from an outline planning consent for up to 21 dwellings which was obtained at appeal during 2025. The development will make an important contribution to housing land supply in the local area, in what is a picturesque village location on the edge of the Salisbury Plain.
