An outline planning application for up to 374 dwellings (with 30% affordable and 5% proposed as self/custom-build) has been submitted on land at Wadebridge, Cornwall.
The site, which lies to the south of West Hill and east of the Dunveth Business Park, situated on the western edge of Wadebridge, is considered to be located in a highly accessible location, with good access to employment, shops and facilities.
Proposals for the site have taken shape following an extensive pre-application process which has resulted in a scheme that seeks to provide a sustainable new neighbourhood set within a high quality, landscaped environment that can contribute towards the exsting unmet need for both market and affordable housing within the county.
