Following Sedgemoor Council’s resolution to grant outline planning permission for up to 45 new dwellings on land at New Road, West Huntspill, near Highbridge, Somerset, LVA is delighted to announce that the formal Decision Notice has now been issued.
Development of the site will provide much needed new market and affordable housing for the local area, alongside a number of other on-site benefits such as the provision of open space, play space, improved pedestrian access to school with new car park/ drop-off alongside ecological and attenuation areas that will support wildlife and compliment the site’s setting.
