In July 2024, Cornwall Council’s (East) Planning Committee resolved to grant outline planning permission for up to 43 dwellings subject to a S106 Agreement. The site, which LVA has promoted on behalf of Truro Diocese, is allocated in the Looe Neighbourhood Plan for new housing.
