Following completion of a Section 106 Agreement, formal outline planning permission has been issued for up to 100 dwellings on land to the north of Somerton Road, Langport, Somerset. The consent has enabled a sale of the site to immediately complete to Abri, one of the largest housing associations based in the south of England.

As part of the holiday/park home arm of the company LVA has received delegated approval by Cornwall Council for the delivery of 28 lodges at Camping Caradon Touring Park near Looe. The team worked closely with the Council and local members to ensure the scheme addressed any concerns, and we are looking forward to progressing the proposed sheme which will provide enhanced quality holiday accommodation on a year-round basis on the site.
