LVA is pleased to report outline planning permission for up to 46 dwellings on Land at South Street, Castle Cary has been obtained at appeal.
In allowing the appeal, the Planning Inspector concluded that the benefits of development, being the provision of market and affordable housing in light of the severe five-year housing land supply shortfall in Somerset, and less than substantial harm to nearby heritage assets, outweighed any minor policy conflict.
